Return Policy for Proactive Medical Products

All Proactive Medical products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and the return is authorized within 30 days from the order date. Please note that a 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items, 3% credit card fee, and customers are responsible for both return shipping costs and reimbursement of the original outbound shipping charges.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Products that qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
  • Accessories and batteries are non-returnable.
  • Customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before sending any item back.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued after the inspection of the returned item(s).
  • Custom orders and any assembly fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be approved within 30 days from the date of purchase with an authorized RA # and the RA # clearly marked on the package.

If you are shipping a return:

  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging and returning the item(s) at their own expense.
  • Improper packaging may result in damage during transit, which could reduce or void the eligible refund. Any damage that occurs must be repaired or replaced at the sender’s expense.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the product was sent with ā€œfree shippingā€ the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
