Shipping policy
We’re excited to offer free shipping on all patient lift products within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Please note that free shipping does NOT apply to Alaska or Hawaii. While we can ship to these locations, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs. For a shipping quote to Alaska or Hawaii, please feel free to contact us directly.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days or less, and standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. If you’d like a more accurate delivery estimate, feel free to call us at (800) 595-9580 before placing your order.
Placed Order
Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you will get a second email that says, "Your Order Has Shipped". This will contain your shipment tracking link!
Do we deliver to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes. Please contact us directly to get a shipping quote.
Do we deliver internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. While we don’t offer international shipping just yet, we’re always looking for ways to expand our services in the future! Stay tuned for updates.
