Heavy-Duty Sit-to-Stand Assistance for Everyday Transfers

The Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand Electric Patient Lift provides powerful, controlled standing assistance for larger users who can bear some weight but need additional help rising and transferring safely. With a 600 lb. weight capacity, electric lifting system, adjustable knee support, and removable footplate, it helps make frequent transfers easier and less physically demanding for caregivers.

Designed as the heavy-duty option in the Protekt stand-assist line, the Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand Lift combines higher-capacity support with smooth electric operation for everyday transfers between beds, wheelchairs, chairs, and commodes.

Why Choose the Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand Lift?

600 lb. Heavy-Duty Capacity
Provides dependable sit-to-stand assistance for larger, partially weight-bearing users who require greater weight capacity.

Smooth Electric Lifting
Powered operation raises and lowers the user at the touch of a button, reducing caregiver effort during frequent transfers.

Adjustable Knee Support
A cushioned, adjustable knee pad helps comfortably support and stabilize the user's lower legs throughout the standing transfer.

Heavy-Duty Adjustable Base
The stable, adjustable base provides the positioning flexibility needed for transfers involving beds, wheelchairs, chairs, commodes, and other common transfer surfaces.

Smooth, Powered Sit-to-Stand Transfers

The Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand Lift uses an electric actuator to smoothly raise the user from a seated position while a compatible stand-assist sling supports the torso. Powered operation minimizes the physical lifting required from the caregiver and is especially useful when multiple transfers are performed throughout the day.

The user remains actively involved in the transfer, while the padded knee support and footplate help provide lower-body positioning and stability as the Protekt 600 STS brings them into a supported standing position.

Choose the Right Sling for Your Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand Lift

The Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand Lift is designed for use with compatible stand-assist slings that support the user's torso while allowing them to participate in the standing transfer. Different sling styles are available depending on the level of support, comfort, and positioning needed.

Our recommended Solid Patient Stand-Assist Sling is included FREE with the lift. Alternative padded and transfer sling options are also available and can be selected above the Add to Cart button.

Find the Right Sling Size

Choosing the correct sling size is important for safe, comfortable transfers. Use the sling sizing information provided on this page to determine the appropriate size based on the user's measurements and individual needs.

Game-Changer for Home Care

We recently purchased the Protekt 600 Sit-to-Stand for our home-care setup and it has completely changed our daily routine. The 600 lb capacity gives us peace of mind, and the wide kneepads adjust perfectly to different users. Setup was easy and it feels very sturdy.

Excellent build and long-term value

The build quality is top-notch — heavy, but very well engineered. For a lift that supports 600 lb, this one feels like it’s made to last. The battery life is pretty solid for regular daily use. My only gripe: the charger dock could be a little more secure. Otherwise, it’s a great investment.

Perfect for Bariatric Patients

We’ve used the Protekt 600 with a bariatric client, and it handled everything effortlessly. It lifts smoothly and feels secure from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Smooth operation, great for heavier users

The sit-to-stand motion is very smooth, even with heavier patients. The hand controller is intuitive, and the emergency stop gives added safety. The lift feels very durable. The main downside is that when fully loaded, lowering takes a bit longer than I expected, but that’s a small issue compared to the strength and stability you get.

Professional Quality at Home

Needed a heavy-duty sit-to-stand lift for my father, and this one is professional-grade. Battery lasts long, motor is quiet, and it feels safe every time we use it.

Excellent Stability and Design

The dual rear locking casters and wide base make it extremely stable. Assembly was simple, and it feels very professional-grade. Clearer battery instructions would make it perfect.

Built Like a Tank

Very solid construction and excellent lifting performance. The 24-volt battery lasts through multiple shifts, and the sling hooks make transfers faster and easier. A bit heavy to move, but built to last.

Fantastic for bariatric care

We have a bariatric user, and this lift gives us total confidence. The 600 lb capacity and reinforced frame provide exceptional security. The lift doesn’t shudder or struggle, even at full weight. The only trade-off: it’s less portable than lighter models and takes up floor space. But in return, you get a very, very dependable lift.

Reliable and surprisingly compact for a 600 lb model

Despite its high capacity, the Protekt 600 has a reasonably compact footprint. It’s heavy, of course, but the design doesn’t feel excessively bulky. It’s great for homes where space is at a premium but strength can’t be compromised. My only complaint: the footplate could be a little wider to improve comfort for larger users.

Reliable and Safe for Assisted Living

As a caregiver in an assisted-living home, I rely on this lift every day. It’s smooth, strong, and incredibly safe. The emergency lowering system is a great reassurance for both staff and residents.

Great for Therapy Sessions

We use this lift for stand-training therapy, and the removable foot platform is ideal. Patients feel safe but still actively participate in standing exercises.

Heavy-duty and very reassuring

This lift handles the full 600 lb capacity with ease. The electric motor feels strong and reliable, and the frame is solid. Transfer feels safe and stable every time. My only small concern is that the base is quite wide, which makes it a little harder to navigate in tight rooms — but for the capacity, it's a very good trade‑off.

Bulky footprint, not great for tight quarters

The lift feels very stable thanks to the wide base, but that wide footprint means it doesn’t fit as easily into smaller rooms or between certain pieces of furniture. If space is tight, this lift might be more of a hassle to use regularly. The performance is good, though — just not super convenient for cramped areas.

Smooth and Quiet Operation

This lift operates quietly and smoothly, which makes a big difference in patient comfort. The adjustable kneepads and foot platform are designed thoughtfully for multiple users.

Fast and Efficient Transfers

Our caregivers noticed how quick and smooth the motor operates. The clip-free sling design saves time during transfers and feels very secure.

Heavy but Dependable

It’s a bit bulky to maneuver in tight spaces, but extremely reliable. The 600 lb weight capacity is accurate and the lift feels very solid when in use.
